CA Arjun Jain represents the next generation of leadership at Atulya Jain & Company, combining the firm’s established professional values with a contemporary and technology-driven approach to advisory and compliance.

Before joining the firm, he worked with KPMG in Corporate and International Tax, where he gained experience in advising businesses on complex domestic and cross-border taxation matters. His present areas of practice include direct taxation, tax assessments and appeals, international taxation, regulatory compliance, business advisory, audit and assurance, and financial structuring.

He regularly assists clients in assessment and appellate proceedings, including matters before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and advises businesses and high-net-worth individuals on tax-efficient and commercially practical solutions. He is also actively involved in developing the firm’s services for Indian and overseas enterprises, including accounting support, payroll management and outsourced compliance functions.

With a focus on responsiveness, clarity and responsible use of technology, Arjun works towards making complex financial and regulatory matters easier for clients to understand and manage. His approach combines detailed technical analysis with a clear appreciation of each client’s commercial objectives.
